Person found injured at Oskaloosa shooting range

OSKALOOSA, Iowa (AP) — Officials are investigating what caused the injury of a person found at a south-central Iowa shooting range.

Des Moines television station KCCI reports (http://bit.ly/1fHB4Vl) that rescue crews were called Wednesday afternoon to a shooting range near Oskaloosa after the person was found injured.

The person was found at the Hull Shooting Range by another user of the range who had just arrived on the scene.

Officials have not yet identified the injured person, who was taken to a local hospital and then flown to Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
