Shettler named mall manager

— OTTUMWA — Developers Diversified Realty recently appointed Staci Shettler as manager of Quincy Place Mall in Ottumwa.
Prior to joining Developers Diversified Realty, Shettler was the store manager of the Bath & Body Works store, located in the mall, for nine years.
She holds an associate's degree from Indian Hills Community College.
