Recertification for cardiac services at Pella Regional

PELLA — Cardiac Services at Pella Regional Health Center was recertified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) for its commitment to improving the quality of life by enhancing standards of care and offering the most advanced practices available.

Cardiac Services was initially certified in November 2000 and has successfully renewed its certification every three years. Cardiac Rehabilitation at Pella Regional works to restore optimal health to patients after a heart event. The program is designed to enhance the quality of life for people who have experienced a heart attack, heart bypass surgery or valve replacement, angioplasty and/or stent placement, stable angina and heart transplant.
