Istanbul Grill received Blue Zones designation

FAIRFIELD — Blue Zones Project Fairfield has announced that Istanbul Grill has achieved Blue Zones Restaurant designation, joining Doc’s Inn, Green Gourmet, The Gardens Seasonal Kitchen, Revelations and Yummy’s. Fairfield is now one restaurant away from achieving its goal of seven designated restaurants.

Istanbul Grill fulfilled Blue Zones Restaurant designation criteria as outlined in the restaurant pledge. The new Light n Fresh menu is indicative of that.

At 10 a.m. Wednesday, representatives from the Blue Zones Project Fairfield team and the Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce will present Doc’s Inn with its official designation certificate.
