FAIRFIELD — Blue Zones Project Fairfield announced that Crepe Escape has achieved Blue Zones Restaurant designation, joining Istanbul Grill, Doc’s Inn, Green Gourmet, The Gardens Seasonal Kitchen, Revelations and Yummy’s. As a result, Fairfield has achieved its goal of eight Blue Zones designated restaurants.
At 10 a.m. Monday, representatives from the Blue Zones Project Fairfield team will present Crepe Escape with its official designation certificate.
“Blue Zones Project aims to adopt lifestyle principles (Power 9) to transform towns and communities like ours into Blue Zones Communities, increasing overall well-being and adding productive, active years to citizens’ lives.” said Mayor Ed Malloy. “We thank Crepe Escape and all successful our restaurant pledges. We can now focus on meeting our other goals and become a Blue Zones Community.”
