Leraaen joins Hawkeye Real Estate

OSKALOOSA — Those stepping into the Hawkeye Real Estate office on the north side of the square will be greeted by Hawkeye's new office secretary, Annette Leraaen. Leraaen began her duties on Aug. 26, which include supporting the real estate agents and marketing coordination responsibilities

Leraaen and her husband, David, moved to Oskaloosa from Sheboygan, Wis., a year ago to accept a pastorate at New Hope Free Methodist Church also in Oskaloosa. Though she has been working temporary assignments over the past year, her primary career experience has been in customer service and graphic design. She earned her associated degree in desktop publishing/graphic arts from Illinois Central College and her bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business administration/corporate communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Of Oskaloosa, Leraaen said, "I look forward to being part of the downtown community and exploring ways to give back."

Hawkeye Real Estate is located at 121 High Ave. East, Oskaloosa. For more information, call 641-673-8424 or visit at www.hawkeye-re.com.
