LIBERTYVILLE — Faith Methodist Church of Libertyville will have a pork loin, chicken breast lunch from 12:30-2 p.m. Sunday.

The menu includes grilled pork loin, chicken breast, potatoes, vegetables and dessert bar. A freewill donation will be collected. All are welcome.

Evangelist at Eldon Christian

ELDON — Andy Avery, musician and evangelist, will present his life story about how God has moved in his life and his music of praise at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Eldon Christian Church, 514 W. Walnut St.

Garage, bake sale May 17-18

OTTUMWA — St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1524 N. Court., will host a garage and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 17-18.

An electric fireplace, electric keyboard, outdoor light fixtures, puzzles, books, kitchen items, crafts, clothing and more will be available.

The Schwans truck also will be selling items in the parking lot.

Those items submitted after the noon deadline on Wednesday will receive consideration, but there is no guarantee of publication.
