County considers hiring conservation aide

---- — OTTUMWA — On Tuesday morning, Wapello County Board of Supervisors will consider hiring a part-time conservation aide at its weekly board meeting.

The meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the board’s meeting room located on the third floor of the courthouse.

Other items to be considered include:

• Consider a 28-E agreement between Wapello County Sheriff’s Department and Eddyville.

• A presentation by Linda Rouse of Iowa Workforce on Skilled Iowa

• Consider an amendment to an agreement between River Hills Community Health Center and Wapello County Public Health.

• Consider the purchase of two tandem axle trucks for the secondary roads department.
