RICHLAND — Elmer E. Liebhart, 85, of Richland, died June 30, 2009, at Ottumwa Good Samaritan Health Center.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gould Funeral Home in Richland with Rev. Kim Gates officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. A light lunch will follow at the Richland United Methodist Church.
