OTTUMWA — A multitude of greenery, flowers, fountains and statuary situated in an Ottumwa backyard will be on display for the 2009 Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra Ottumwa Chapter’s Garden Party Extraordinaire from 1:30-7:30 p.m. Saturday.

The tour features gardens within a garden — a sitting area, perennials and basket flowers, lush greenery, multiple fountains and several decorative and whimsical pieces nestled throughout.

Wine, beer, iced tea and light hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate. The garden is located at 908 Albia Road in Ottumwa.
