Published October 26, 2009 12:29 pm - Ghouls' Night Out OTTUMWA — Each visitor reacts differently when the walking dead greet them Friday night at the Ottumwa Police Department Haunted House in the basement of City Hall.
Proceeds support drug and gang education efforts. The next haunting will be 6 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
