Koestner should resign from City Council

— It is in my opinion that Mr. Kris Koestner should resign from the Centerville City Council; merely stepping down for a short time is not adequate.
I feel he has embarrassed the Centerville City Council, the mayor and the good people of Centerville.
Thanks to technology, I watched the whole ordeal on television after receiving phone calls from all my friends in Des Moines and Centerville.
