Thanks for help with Ag Day Event

— The Monroe County Farm Bureau wishes to thank the Ottumwa Courier for their coverage of our Ag Day Event, which was held at the Monroe County Fairgrounds on May 2.
We sponsor this event each year for some pre-school children and the third-grade students of Albia, Eddyville-Blakesburg and Moravia schools. We want to thank the FFA members of these schools for helping guide the students to the various stations, and for their presentations to the students.
We also thank all of the organizations and businesses for their participation. Most of these students have no connection to the business of farming and are quite excited and enthused to participate in this educational event.
