Hard to tell who’s running things

The Constitution of the United States explains the duties and responsibility of each governing body of elected and appointed officials. I have not heard a single candidate for President state enforcement of laws presently on the books. Our nation is in chaos over the lack of law enforcement!
Each political party seeks to enact laws primarily for the good of the party with or without national good, the severity of which has nearly made the Congress impotent!
The Supreme Court charged with Constitutional correctness of the President and the Congress has succumbed to such political party reign they have become an embarrassment! They have primarily forgotten or do not care for whom the Constitution was written. Do they not understand, “We the People of the United States?” The Supreme Court now indicates that prisoners of war (terrorists) should come under the U.S. Constitution and U.S. courts even though they are natives of other nations or without a national backing.
Each elected and appointed official is under their oath to support our Constitution. This oath does not give them leeway to interpret and worry over the wording. However, many do refuse to support as written, failing the amendment process. The “good ole boys/girls” have determined that violation of this oath does not rise to impeachment. The House of Representatives has the responsibility to bring impeachments, and they have ignored this requirement. The Senate has the responsibility to find or deny impeachment. Is our nation to be run by political parties or will we demand Constitution requirements be met?
