ALBIA — Chelsea Coop of Albia and Dane Francis of Eddyville were married March 29, 2014, at Eddyville United Methodist Church; Pastor Roger White officiating.
Their parents are Richard and Debbie Coop of Albia and Brad and Darla Francis of Eddyville.
Attending the bride were Jessie Coffman, cousin of the bride, maid of honor; Megan Coop, sister of the bride, and Paige Francis, sister of the groom, bridesmaids.
Attending the groom were Matthew Rebol, best man; Wayne Johnston and Cody Voss, groomsmen.
Other participants included Milli Coop, niece of the bride, flower girl; Nathan Taylor, cousin of the bride, ring bearer; Debbie McCrea and Chelsea Ashman, cousins of the groom, ushers.
A reception was held at the American Legion in Albia.
She is a 2007 graduate of Albia High School and graduated from Indian Hills Community College with and Associate of Sciences degree. She is currently employed at Menards on Southeast 14th Street in Des Moines.
He is a 2007 graduate of Eddyville-Blakesburg High School and graduated from Indian Hills Community College with an Associate of Arts degree. He is a December 2009 graduate of Army Basic Training and will graduate from AIB in May with a Bachelor of Science of Business Accounting degree. He also graduated Army basic training in 2009. He is currently a human resources sergeant in the Army Reservs and is employed at Barnes & Noble at Jordan Creek Mall.
After a honeymoon cruise, the couple will reside in Des Moines.
