SIGOURNEY — The man authorities say shot his father during an argument is set for arraignment next month.
Kenneth E. Lundy, 32, is charged with voluntary manslaughter in the April 2 death of his father, Kenneth W. Lundy. Authorities say the men argued that night before both went back into a home on 248th Street in rural Sigourney and retrieved firearms. The argument ended with the elder Lundy dead.
Judge Joel Yates has set the arraignment for 9 a.m. June 4. Lundy waived his preliminary hearing in April.
Lundy faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
