Ottumwa, Eddyville Memorial Day ceremonies set

— OTTUMWA — O.B. Nelson Post 3 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 775 will host a Memorial Day service at the Ottumwa Park shelter house at 10 a.m. Monday.
The public is invited to attend.
A lunch will be served at both posts following the program.
Eddyville's Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Highland Cemetery, Eddyville.
The guest speaker will be Rev. Richard Grimes. Visitors are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs.
In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at the Eddyville-Blakesburg High School.
