OTTUMWA — Eliodoro Basilio, one of the victims in the shooting at Scooter’s Sports Bar last summer, has pleaded guilty to drug charges.
Basilio, 27, faced a single charge of delivery of less than 100 grams of cocaine, a Class C controlled substance violation. Police filed the charges in April 2007.
Basilio is scheduled for sentencing on July 28.
