• A subordination agreement between the city, South Ottumwa Savings Bank, Cory L. Salter and Sarah B. Salter.

• A contract for the installation of blower equipment for the Water Pollution Control Facility Air System and Aerobic Digester Improvement Project.

• A change order for the Phase I South Ottumwa Sewer Separation Project.
