The Ottumwa branch will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 3, but will eventually be open Tuesday through Thursday. The link to the Iowa Career Access Point Web site is http://www.iowaworkforce.org/icap. Anyone in Wapello or nearby counties interested in starting an ICAP can contact Randy Clark at the Ottumwa Iowa Workforce Development office.
