OTTUMWA — Police say a body found in Ottumwa Park is that of a man reported missing Monday morning.

The Ottumwa Police Department issued a plea for the public's help in finding Bradley Dean Johnston, 22, earlier in the day. Family members found his blue 1991 Chevrolet pickup in the southwest quadrant of the park, and continued searching the area. They found Johnston's body beside a pond near the Holiday Nights 'N Lights display late Monday morning and notified police.

Authorities have not officially released a cause of death.
