12:11 p.m. April 17. Courtney Lancial, 19, of University Park, was cited with following too closely following an accident at the intersection of Elmdale Avenue and North Court Street.

2:58 p.m. April 18. Gary Lee Hope, 52, of Eldon, was cited with no insurance following an accident at Pennsylvania Avenue and Jefferson Street.

4:42 p.m. April 18. Justin Keith Boley, of Keosauqua, was cited with failure to obey right-of-way at intersection following an accident at the intersection of Fourth and Wapello streets.

9 a.m. Wednesday. Daniel Andrew Mallonee, 30, 920 Ogden St., was charged in the 300 block of West Second Street with stalking.

11:32 a.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in the 1300 block of East Mary Street.

2:36 a.m. Thursday. Eurayna Lynn Clawson, 31, 127 S. Ash St., was charged with domestic assault.

11 a.m. Thursday. A 12-year-old, of Ottumwa, was charged on Traxler Drive with serious assault.

1:02 p.m. Thursday. Marquise La'Mar Benson, 28, 526 S. Ward St., was charged in the 300 block of West Second Street on warrants for false reports. Also charged was Tanya Donlynn Bosley, 38, 526 S. Ward St.

2:20 p.m. Thursday. Third-degree burglary was reported in the 600 block of Gateway Drive.

4:15 p.m. Thursday. Criminal mischief and littering were reported in the 500 block of North Hancock Street.

4:45 p.m. Thursday. Theft was reported in an unknown location.

6:31 p.m. Thursday. Arielle Lynn Davis, 26, 302 Grand Ave., was charged in the 1000 block of Harding Street with simple assault.

No time given. Thursday. Linda Lee Denherder, 54, 11620 Rabbit Run Road #29, was charged in the 1000 block of Harding Street with disorderly conduct. Also charged with disorderly conduct were Tina Louise Weber, 56, 11620 Rabbit Run Road #29 and Arielle Lynn Davis, 26, 302 Grand Ave.

6:36 p.m. Thursday. Jason Lee Green, 38, 206 Grandview Ave., was charged with domestic abuse.

10:01 p.m. Thursday. Austin Lee Krusemark, 25, of Oskaloosa, was charged in the 400 block of East Second Street with public intoxication.
