Prosecutors have requested a change of venue in the retrial against Seth Techel.
A mistrial was declared on Friday after jurors could not reach a unanimous decision in State v. Seth Techel, who was charged with first-degree murder and non-consensual termination of a human pregnancy in the death of his wife, Lisa Caldwell Techel, at their home in May.
A hearing on the request for a change of venue will be held on April 1.
Techel is being held in Monroe County Jail until the retrial.
