OTTUMWA — Indian Hills Community College and the Rural Health Education Partnership are pleased to announce the first 2014 Senior Lunch and Learn program: "Anxious About Aging? Who's Not?" with Kim Brown, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, of the Iowa Health Physicians & Clinics.
Although open to anyone, these classes feature topics of interest specifically for the senior population. This class is located in the back room of the Hills Diner, which can be found by entering at the Chapel/Library doors on Grandview Avenue and following the signs.
A buffet lunch will be offered at 11:30 am for $6, followed by the speaker from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Reservations are required in advance. Transportation is provided at no charge by the Ottumwa Transit Bus to and from the Ottumwa Housing Towers to IHCC thorough a grant from the Wapello County Area on Aging Agency.
