OTTUMWA — Milestones Area Agency on Aging and Senior Medicare Patrol are sponsoring a free community shred day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 15 at Quincy Place Mall.
This event will provide seniors and community members with a safe and secure resource to shred their confidential and personal documents. On-site shredding provided by Heartland Shredding.
Bring your outdated personal papers that have Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, other health insurance ID numbers, health records, prescription labels, driver's license numbers, account or membership numbers, pre-approved credit card numbers and other personal information.
