OTTUMWA — Janice Kay “Jan” Davis Graham, 72, of 423 Osceola St., died at 10:44 a.m. February 11, 2014, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
She was born January 1, 1942, in Ottumwa to George E. and Marie Songer Long. She married Steve Graham on April 17, 1982.
Jan attended Ottumwa High School. She had worked as a C.N.A. at Good Samaritan and had worked at Tony’s Flowers. She owned and operated Jan’s Gifts and Jan’s Flowers & More.
She volunteered working concessions for many years at her children’s sporting events. Jan loved to bowl.
Surviving are her husband, Steve; a son, Douglas (Jane) Davis of Williamsburg; daughter-in-law, Beth Davis of Ottumwa; stepchildren, Steven Graham Jr. of Ottumwa, Teresa (PJ) Evans of Ottumwa, Tammy (Chad) Burmeister of Kalona; five grandchildren, Joel Davis, Justine (Daniel) Miller, Caitlin Davis, Nolan Davis, Jack Davis; two great-grandchildren, Madalyn Harl and Vivienne Miller; six stepgrandchildren, Bailey Graham, Gabrielle Graham, Chelsea Graham, Brody Evans, Andrew Evans, Bowen Burmeister; two stepgreat-grandchildren, Caitlyn and Carrie Graham; a brother, Dennis Long of Ottumwa; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Kevin Davis.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Friday at Reece Funeral Home with the family present from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday. Cremation will follow the visitation.
