OTTUMWA — Lois Ann Copple, 77, of Ottumwa, died at 4:25 p.m. October 16, 2013, at The Good Samaritan Society-Ottumwa.
She was born June 14, 1936, in Triplett, Mo., to Everett and Anna Etta Siefkas Kruger.
Lois enjoyed nature, country western music, going out to eat and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are her daughter, Cynthia (Thomas) White of Granger; two sons, Donald (Lynda) Copple Jr. and James (Misty) Copple both of Ottumwa; five grandchildren, Crystal, Jacob, Caleb, Tristen and Nicole; three sisters, Bertha Moore of Apache Junction, Ariz., Jeannette Robbins of Des Moines and Carole Crouse of Ottumwa.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Leo Kruger.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Kister officiating. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery near Graysville, Mo.
Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Sunday with the family present from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
