BLOOMFIELD — Rexine Mae Robinson, 89, of Bloomfield, died June 19, 2013, at Davis County Hospital Long Term Care.
She was born Aug.17, 1923, in Davis County to Leo and Iva Tomlin Taylor. She married Raymond Ross Robinson on Oct. 6, 1943, in Lancaster, Mo. He preceded her in death on March 5, 2008. She was a homemaker. Rexine loved to garden and grew flowers and vegetables. She enjoyed reading, sewing and quilting. She was a member of the Coons High Bidders Card Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara McClure of Drakesville; son, Steve (Judy) Robinson of Polaris, Mont.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; two sisters, Mildred Wilkinson of Bloomfield and Donna Lawson of Moulton; and a brother, Laverne Taylor of Bloomfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers, Ralph and Robert Taylor; and a sister, Maxine Livingston.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield; Pastor DeWayne Lawson officiating. Burial of the cremains will be at the West Grove Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation with family present to greet friends will be from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Funds of the Library, which supports books for the blind.
