OTTUMWA — Jacqueline L. Ball, 69, of 118 S. Union St., died at 12:10 a.m. April 23, 2014, at Ridgewood Nursing & Rehab Center.
She was born April 7, 1945, in Ottumwa to Harry and Margaret Winters Elliott.
A graduate of Ottumwa High School, Jacqueline earned a degree in horticulture from Indian Hills Community College and her C.N.A. license. She had worked for 15 years at Ottumwa Manor, and for 17 years made donuts at Casey’s on East Main Street.
Jacqueline was a member of Hickory Grove Community Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Surviving are a son, Christopher (Glenda) Williams of Ottumwa; two daughters, Margaret (Roger) Bockoven of Camdenton, Mo., and Rebecca (Travis) Brown of Ottumwa; six grandchildren, Lukus, Mariah, Jamie, Christa, Tony and Garraty; a great-granddaughter, Anella; a sister, Phyllis Turner of Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Ron and Doyle Elliott and an infant brother; and a sister, Michal Reynolds.
Her body has been cremated.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Hickory Grove Community Church with Revs. Byron and Marthanna Newland officiating. Inurnment will be in Shaul Cemetery.
Visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
