1:30 p.m. Thursday. A 14-year-old of Ottumwa was charged in the 900 block of Gateway Drive with reckless use of fire.

6:11 a.m. Friday. Christian McCall Kelsey, 18, of Gladbrook, was charged in the 600 block of Crestview Avenue with operating while intoxicated and persons under the legal age.

11:09 a.m. Friday. Fifth-degree theft was reported in the 1000 block of South Madison Avenue.

12:50 p.m. Friday. Burglary was reported in the 400 block of South Van Buren Avenue.

3:20 p.m. Friday. Jeremy Lee Hertz, 26, 332 N. Marion St., was charged in the 400 block of East Main Street on a warrant for domestic abuse.

3:40 p.m. Friday. Interference with official acts and failure to obey traffic control device was reported in the 100 block of East Second Street.

5:06 p.m. Friday. Reckless driving was reported in the 200 block of West Keota Street.

5:15 p.m. Friday. A 13-year-old and a 17-year-old, both of Ottumwa, were charged in the 1100 block of Wildwood Drive with fifth-degree theft.

5:31 p.m. Friday. Roger Gene Harland, 44, 920 Boone St., was charged there on warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.

6:51 p.m. Friday. Stephen James Murrell, 22, 214 N. Weller St., was charged there on warrants for failure to appear.

9:42 a.m. Saturday. James Albert Orr V, 37, 561 S. Moore St., was charged in the 1200 block of West Second Street with driving while suspended.

11:22 a.m. Sunday. Patrick Ivan Buehler, 49, 124 W. Fifth St. Apt. 3, was charged there with assault on a peace officer.

11:31 a.m. Sunday. Charlet Nashay Knowles, 32, 124 W. Fifth St. Apt. 2, was charged there on a warrant for escape.

12:52 p.m. Sunday. Credit card fraud and third-degree theft was reported in Ottumwa.

3:07 p.m. Sunday. Fifth-degree theft was reported in the 500 block of Grandview Avenue.

5:26 p.m. Sunday. Operating while intoxicated was reported in the 400 block of South Madison Avenue.

1:07 a.m. Saturday. Brandon Lee Jackson, 25, of Albia, was charged in the 500 block of Walnut Street, Eddyville, with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury.

6:30 p.m. Saturday. Drew Lee Podraza, 24, 213 S. Moore St., was charged at the intersection of Moore and Williams streets with driving while suspended.

9:26 p.m. Saturday. Bradley Gregg Clymer, 28, 11602 Rutledge Road, was charged there with interference with official acts.
