6:37 p.m. Dec. 8. Third-degree burglary was reported in the 500 block of Grandview Avenue.

1:06 a.m. Monday. Violation of no-contact order and fifth-degree burglary were reported in the 1000 block of East Fourth Street.

9:36 a.m. Monday. Third-degree burglary was reported in the 1200 block of East Court Street.

11:32 a.m. Monday. Rebecca Jo Dodds, 37, 732 Wildwood Drive, was charged at the intersection of Jefferson and Gara streets with public intoxication and interference with official acts.

2:11 p.m. Monday. Third-degree burglary was reported in the 200 block of East Second Street.

2:35 p.m. Monday. Striking an unattended vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Kenwood Street.

2:44 p.m. Monday. Joseph Thomas Sessions, 28, 832 W. Third St., was charged with domestic abuse.

2:52 p.m. Monday. Brian John Taylor, 44, 813 W. Main St., was charged there on warrants for delivery of less than five grams of methamphetamine and possession with intent to deliver more than five grams of methamphetamine.

3:14 p.m. Monday. Theft was reported in the 300 block of Church Street.

4:06 p.m. Monday. Elizabeth Ann Roberts, 19, 143 Lincoln Ave. Apt. 2, was charged there with restraint of animal.

4:30 p.m. Monday. Travis Wayne Elder, 34, 518 E. Main St. Apt. B, was charged there with violation of no-contact order. Angela Dawn Quinn, 35, 520 E. Main St., was also charged there with aiding and abetting violation of no-contact order and on a warrant for pretrial release violation.

2:58 p.m. Monday. John Conder, 51, of Agency, was charged at the Wapello County Law Center on a warrant for violation of restraining order.

4:44 p.m. Monday. Michael Conlin, 27, 245 Osage Dr., was charged at the Wapello County Law Center on a warrant for escape or absence from custody.

5:05 p.m. Monday. Roger Alan Wiseman Jr., 24, of Ottumwa, was charged at the Wapello County Law Center on a warrant for failure to appear.
