1:30 p.m. Thursday. An 11-year-old and a 15-year-old, both of Hannibal, Mo., were charged in the 900 block of East Main Street with fifth-degree theft.
10:30 a.m. Thursday. Burglary was reported in the 600 block of North Green Street.
8:30 a.m. Thursday. Theft was reported in the 2300 block of Roemer Avenue.
Time not given. Thursday. Jonathan Daniel Duffy, 40, homeless, was charged in the 200 block of North Iowa Avenue on warrants for failure to appear and burglary. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
11:38 a.m. Wednesday. Erik Guadalupe Davila, 21, 123 S. Ash St., was charged with domestic abuse.
8:39 p.m. Dec. 24. Roman Michael Freese, 24, 717 Wabash Ave., was charged there on a warrant for assault causing serious injury.
6:34 p.m. Dec. 24. Thomas Lee White, 43, 722 Baker St., was charged there on a warrant for driving while barred.
9:04 a.m. Dec. 24. Jacob Nordyke, 30, Agency, charged in the 1300 block of Mary Street with possession of meth and a failure to appear (domestic) warrant. He was also arrested for a warrant on possessing a controlled substance, a warrant for theft, failure to appear warrant for OWI and a failure to appear warrant for driving while revoked. Additionally, he was charged with interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on two counts of forgery. There were also two more warrants filed, both of which were for failure to appear in court on unspecified charges.
