1:30 p.m. Nov. 15. A 14-year-old of Ottumwa was charged in the 800 block of Chester Avenue with reckless use of fire.
3:45 p.m. Nov. 15. A 12-year-old of Ottumwa was charged in the 800 block of Chester Avenue with assault and disorderly conduct.
1:25 p.m. Monday. An 11-year-old of Ottumwa was charged in the 100 block of Traxler Drive with assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
7:08 a.m. Wednesday. James Benjamin Stamps, 20, 225 N. Washington St., was charged at the intersection of Hancock Street and Finley Avenue with public intoxication, person under the legal age, criminal mischief and aggravated harrassment.
8:07 a.m. Wednesday. Jesse Leon, 30, 908 N. Court St., was charged there on warrants for conspiracy to deliver a stimulated substance, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and failure to affix drug tax stamp. Brooke Charee Ellis, 19, 908 N. Court St., was also charged on warrants for possession with intent to deliver marijuana and failure to affix drug tax stamp.
8:07 a.m. Wednesday. Nathan Michael Noe, 22, 502 Boone St., was charged there on a warrant for delivery of an imitation controlled substance.
9:29 a.m. Wednesday. Dustin Roy Tomlin, homeless, was charged in the 200 block of East Main Street on a warrant for fourth-degree theft.
10:21 a.m. Wednesday. Credit card fraud was reported in various Ottumwa locations.
10:33 a.m. Wednesday. Striking an unattended vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of North Quincy Avenue.
2:48 p.m. Wednesday. Fifth-degree theft and person under the legal age was reported in the 1900 block of Venture Drive.
4:24 p.m. Wednesday. Fifth-degree theft was reported in the 1300 block of Albia Road.
8:34 p.m. Wednesday. Travis Michael Youngblood, 44, 1406 Albia Road Apt. 11, was charged there on a warrant for failure to appear.
