1:37 a.m. Sunday. Zechariah Logan Winders, 20, of Des Moines, was charged in the 500 block of Church Street with possession under the legal age and public intoxication.
2:11 a.m. Sunday. Ryan William Christopher Barger, 29, 413 S. Sheridan St., was charged in the 1000 block of East Main Street with operating while intoxicated, ignition interlock required and driving while barred.
3:04 p.m. Sunday. Charles Michael McNamer, 27, 930 S. Weller St., was charged at the intersection of Mary and Milner streets with driving while barred.
3:08 p.m. Sunday. Assault was reported in the 400 block of South Ransom Street.
10:10 p.m. Sunday. Geoffrey Charles Evans, 42, 8345 97th Ave., was charged in the 300 block of West Second Street on warrants for failure to appear, manufacturing marijuana, prohibited acts and possession of drug paraphernalia. Terrie Lynn Evans, 54, 8345 97th Ave., was also charged on warrants for failure to affix drug tax stamp, manufacturing marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:28 p.m. Sunday. Julio Cesar Aleman, 32, 16440 Hwy. 34, was charged in the 200 block of Osage Drive on a warrant for conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine.
12:11 a.m. Monday. David Michael McCarty Jr., 346 Appanoose St., was charged at the intersection of South Elm and Orchard streets with prohibited acts and possession of drug paraphernalia.
12:15 a.m. Monday. Samantha Kay Jeffers, 23, 739 Riverside Lane, was charged in the 1400 block of West Finley Avenue with operating while intoxicated.
12:24 a.m. Monday. Criminal mischief was reported in the 900 block of South Hancock Street.
12:30 a.m. Monday. Julio Vincente-Montiel, 26, 127 Lincoln St., was charged at the intersection of Fourth and Birch streets with no valid identification and providing false information.
5:24 a.m. Monday. Anthony Duane McNeely, 36, 1106 N. Elm St., was charged in the 1900 block of Venture Drive with fifth-degree theft.
