1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Nicholas Gene Wallace, 23, 909 Queen Anne Ave., was charged at the Wapello County Law Center on a warrant for probation violation.

3:37 a.m. Wednesday. Anthony Wayne Frederick, 29, 114 S. Iowa Ave., was charged in the 200 block of North Caldwell Street with public intoxication and domestic abuse.

1:41 p.m. Wednesday. Operating without owner’s consent was reported in the 500 block of North Ferry Street.

5:18 p.m. Wednesday. Burglary was reported in the 400 block of North Fifth Street.

7:15 p.m. Wednesday. Phoebe Ann Holmes, 36, 441 N. Market St. Apt. 2, was charged there with assault.

8:37 p.m. Wednesday. Donald Gene Lafond, 50, homeless, was charged at the Wapello County Law Center on a warrant for parole violation.

9:02 p.m. Wednesday. Roger Alan Wiseman, 51, 126 S. Elm St., was charged there with driving under suspension.

11:38 p.m. Wednesday. Nick Aaron Lee, 27, 142 E. Maple Ave. Apt. 12, was charged there on a warrant for failure to appear.

12:38 a.m. Thursday. Theft was reported in the 1300 block of North Court Street.

1:02 a.m. Thursday. Damon Wayne Lord, 703 Boone Ave., was charged in the 2200 block of Roemer Avenue with driving under suspension.

2:30 a.m. Thursday. Alexander Gerald Dodson, 26, 405 N. Webster St., was charged at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Albia Road with operating while intoxicated.

3:15 a.m. Thursday. Paul Phillip Hagerman, 115 N. Moore St., was charged there on a warrant for pretrial release violation.
