3:44 a.m. Sunday. Raul Ortega III, 18, of Milan, Mo., was charged in the 300 block of East Main Street with carrying weapons, interference with official acts and person under the legal age. Jenny Ochoa, 19, 108 S. Moore St., and Erika Madueno, 18, 5825 129th Ave., were also charged there with person under the legal age, providing false information, public intoxication, prohibited acts and harassment of a public official.
