4:41 p.m. Sunday. Duty to stop was reported in the 900 block of Center Avenue.

11:27 a.m. Monday. Kathleen Anne Quinn, 50, 214 N. Weller Ave., was charged there with restraint of animal and animals that bite.

7:41 a.m. Tuesday. Felicia Jean Corder, 19, 114 E. Sixth St., was charged in the 900 block of East Second Street with OWI.

1:38 p.m. Tuesday. David Richard Stowell, 26, 2018 W. Finley Ave., was charged in the 1000 block of East Pennsylvania Avenue with operation without owner consent.

2:45 p.m. Tuesday. Jason Dwayne Kingery, 34, 803 Filmore St., was charged on the Market Street Bridge on a warrant for failure to appear.

1:29 p.m. Tuesday. Fourth-degree theft was reported in the 300 block of North Ferry Street.

4:26 p.m. Tuesday. Fifth-degree criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of North Green Street.

5:52 p.m. Tuesday. Fifth-degree theft was reported in the 1000 block of East Pennsylvania Avenue.

1:15 a.m. Wednesday. Two 14-year-olds, of Ottumwa, were charged on North Court Street with curfew violation.

4:31 a.m. Wednesday. Jeffrey Vern Beck, 39, homeless, was charged in the 1300 block of Albia Road on a warrant for domestic abuse.

2:30 a.m. Wednesday. Tierra Kuntz, 19, of Oskaloosa, was cited on Old Agency Road with persons under the legal age.

10:38 p.m. Tuesday. Destruction, damage or vandalism of property reported in the 10000 block of Angle Road.

8:44 p.m. Tuesday. Steven Craig McCormick Jr., 50, 539 Ottumwa St., was charged at U.S. Highway 63 and Mary Street with driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

9:45 a.m. Tuesday. A 17-year-old male, of Eldon, was charged at the law center on a warrant for second-degree theft.

3:47 p.m. Monday. Ricky Alfred, 47, of Davenport, was charged at the law center on a warrant for probation violation.

10:41 a.m. July 25. Amy S. Buenrostro-Rivas, 38, of Ottumwa, was cited with unsafe turn after cutting in front of and striking a passing vehicle westbound on U.S. Highway 34.
