1:39 a.m. Tuesday. Karrie Sue Colyer, 29, 226 S. Ward St., was charged at the intersection of Sunnyside Avenue and Mary Street with driving while barred.

11:39 a.m. Tuesday. Fifth-degree theft was reported in the 1100 block of North Jefferson Street.

4:59 p.m. Tuesday. Nathan Wade Hoselton, 22, of Oskaloosa, was charged in the 500 block of Grandview Avenue with carrying weapons on school grounds.

5:23 p.m. Tuesday. Burglary was reported in the 100 block of North Hancock Street.

10:40 p.m. Tuesday. A 17-year-old of Ottumwa was charged in the 500 block of Chester Avenue with possession under the legal age.

9:02 p.m. Oct. 9. Aaron M. Brown, 23, of Centerville, was charged at the Wapello County Law Center on warrants for probation violation.

5:32 p.m. Friday. Robert Edward Springer, 42, of Agency, was charged at the Wapello County Law Center on a warrant for driving while barred.

10 a.m. Saturday. Michael Lance Johnston, 42, of Eddyville, was cited in the 600 block of South Third Street, Eddyville, with disorderly conduct.

6:56 p.m. Saturday. Lee McDowell, 21, 213 S. Adams Ave., was charged on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial at an unknown location.

7:46 p.m. Saturday. John D. White, 53, 458 S. Ransom St., was charged on a warrant for failure to appear. The location was not stated.

4:30 a.m. Sunday. Two 17-year-olds of Agency were charged with possession under the legal age at Camp Arrowhead Lake, Agency.

5:17 p.m. Sunday. Angela Lynn Casey, 40, 114 N. Ward St., was charged on a warrant for failure to appear at an unknown location.

12:01 a.m. Tuesday. Brant Edward Cassatt, 24, 902 Center Ave., was charged in the 15000 block of Rock Bluff Road with possession with intent to deliver, drug tax stamp violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, improper rear lamp and on a warrant for fifth-degree theft.
