7:36 a.m. Wednesday. Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of East Fifth Street.

11 a.m. Wednesday. A 13-year-old of Ottumwa was charged in the 800 block of Chester Avenue with assault and disorderly conduct.

12:01 p.m. Wednesday. Criminal mischief was reported in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:21 p.m. Wednesday. Harassment was reported in the 400 block of West Park Avenue.

4:16 p.m. Wednesday. Dae’quan Ra’jae Weaver, 710 S. Wabash Ave., was charged in the 100 block of North Moore Street with assault.

11:45 p.m. Wednesday. Michael Wayne Davidson, 31, 439 N. Court St., was charged in the 200 block of Osage Drive on a warrant for parole violation.

1:41 a.m. Thursday. Krista Ann Garr, 23, 424 E. Rochester Road, was charged in the 100 block of East Rochester Road with public intoxication.

2:02 a.m. Thursday. Nichole Rae Bellon, 18, 310 W. Mary St., and Miranda Tate Metcalf, of Batavia, were charged at the intersection of East Main and South Ash streets with person under the legal age.

2:58 a.m. Thursday. Samantha Lea Rose, 27, 831 Wabash Ave., was charged in the 500 block of Queen Anne Avenue with public intoxication.

2:58 a.m. Thursday. James Jonathan Heckethorn, 28, 517 Queen Anne Ave., was charged there with violation of no-contact order.
