1:19 p.m. Tuesday. Third-degree burglary was reported in the 400 block of North Milner Street.

10:08 a.m. Wednesday. Wesley Allen Monohon, 28, 513 N. Court St. Apt. 8, was charged there on warrants for failure to appear and finger print.

11:52 a.m. Wednesday. Fifth-degree theft was reported in the 1900 block of Venture Drive.

12:16 p.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in the 1100 block of North Quincy Avenue.

3 p.m. Wednesday. Credit card fraud was reported in Las Vegas, N.V.

3:17 p.m. Wednesday. Duty to stop when vehicle was damaged was reported in the 400 block of East Main Street.

4:30 p.m. Wednesday. A 17-year-old, of Ottumwa, was charged in the 1400 block of Silverwood Lane with persons under the legal age.

7:06 p.m. Wednesday. Phillip Ray Hamak, 53, homeless, was charged in the 300 block of West Second Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

7:45 p.m. Wednesday. Harassment was reported in the 1400 block of Mowery Avenue.

12:48 a.m. Thursday. Juan Pablo Garcia, 34, of McAllen, Texas, was charged in the 300 block of Main Street with public intoxication.

12:52 a.m. Thursday. Elvis Cesar Medrano, 34, of Pharr, Texas, was charged at the intersection of South Iowa Avenue and Railroad Street with operating while intoxicated, driving under suspension and striking an unattended vehicle.

1:43 a.m. Thursday. Andrew Robert Forti, 21, 525 Grandview Ave., was charged in the 300 block of East Main Street with public intoxication and interference with official acts.

9:09 a.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in the 13600 block of 65th Street.

12:25 p.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in the 16400 block of Highway 34.
