10:30 a.m. Friday. Mitchell Lloyd Porretto, 30, 521 N. Court St., was charged there with public intoxication.

7:55 a.m. Friday. Eric Pearson, 42, 210 S. Van Buren Ave., was charged at Main and Birch streets with prohibited acts-marijuana, possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for failure to appear.

3:35 a.m. Friday. Domingo Zapata Jr., 21, 908 S. Weller St., was charged at Marion and North Court streets with theft from auto.

6 p.m. Thursday. A 16-year-old male, of Ottumwa, was charged in the 100 block of Church Street with criminal mischief.

4:30 p.m. Thursday. Nicholas Jay Paxton, 25, 718 Boone Ave., was charged at the law center on a warrant for assault.

3:52 p.m. Thursday. Raymond Richard Soliday Jr., 57, 104 Locust St., was charged in the 1300 block of Greenwood Drive with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.

3:42 p.m. Thursday. Criminal mischief reported in the 700 block of Chester Avenue.
