5:20 p.m. Thursday. Nathan David Gillespie, 30, homeless, was charged at the Wapello County Law Enforcement Center on a warrant for failure to appear.

12:22 a.m. Friday. Crystal Ladon Stufflebeem, 46, 817 Queen Anne Ave., and Gerald William Sapp, 47, 817 Queen Anne Ave., were charged in the 1900 block of Venture Drive with trespassing.

1:48 p.m. Thursday. Fuel drive-off was reported in the 4100 block of Highway 63.

4:24 p.m. Thursday. Carter William Shepard, 26, of Agency, was charged at the Wapello County Law Enforcement Center with felon in possession of a firearm and burglary.

9:06 p.m. Thursday. Brenda Arlene Morrison, 44, 301 Hamilton St., was charged on Highway 34 with public intoxication.
