7:39 a.m. Wednesday. James George Shepherd, 64, 731 S. Lillian St., was charged at Mary Street and Highway 34 with driving while revoked, ignition interlock, posession paraphernalia and no SR-22.

9:03 a.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in Ottumwa.

9:42 a.m. Wednesday. Domestic abuse and violation of restraining order was reported in Ottumwa.

11:09 a.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in the 800 block of Clinton Avenue.

Noon. Tuesday. Norris Leo Price, 56, 161 N. Ward St., was charged there with living in a placarded dwelling.

1:48 p.m. Wednesday. Matthew Joseph Melford Johnson, 20, of Oskaloosa, was charged in the 500 block of Grandview Ave on a warrant for failure to appear.

3:40 p.m. Wednesday. A 14-year-old, of Ottumwa, was charged at Market and Main streets with disorderly conduct.

3:45 p.m. Wednesday. Chadwick David Schultz, 41, of Bloomfield, was charged at Second and McLean streets with driving while suspended and no SR-22 and on a warrant for probation violation.

4:17 p.m. Wednesday. Third-degree burglary was reported in the 700 block of West Fourth Street.

4:50 p.m. Wednesday. Tamara Kay Miller, 43, 433 N. Market St. Apt. 4, was charged in Greater Ottumwa Park with public intoxication.

7:04 p.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in the 200 block of Richmond Avenue.

9:36 p.m. Wednesday. First-degree theft was reported in the 1000 block of East Main Street.

3:41 p.m. Wednesday. Palmira Garcia, 44, of 15440 Highway 34 Lot 66, was arrested at the Wapello County law Center on a warrant for conspiracy to deliver meth.
