11:08 a.m. Tuesday. Fifth-degree theft was reported in Ottumwa.

4:49 p.m. Tuesday. Credit card fraud was reported in the 1100 block of Albia Road.

6:28 p.m. Tuesday. Fifth-degree theft was reported in the 1800 block of Venture Drive.

6:40 p.m. Tuesday. Violation of no-contact order was reported in the 600 block of North Hancock Street.

7:45 p.m. Tuesday. Travis Wayne Elder, 522 E. Main St., was charged in the 300 block of West Second Street with restraint of animal and rabies vaccine.

6:30 a.m. Wednesday. Anthony Scott Steinbach, 39, 438 N. Weller St., was charged in the 300 block of West Second Street on four warrants for failure to appear.

11:29 a.m. Tuesday. Thomas A. Johnston, 51, of Eddyville, was charged on a warrant for failure to appear at an unknown location.

11:45 a.m. Tuesday. Melody Leeann Atterberg, 47, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged at the Wapello County Law Center on a warrant for failure to appear.
