MOULTON — The Moulton-Udell baseball team started its season by routing Wayne 13-3 Monday in Moulton.
Zach Schoonover had a monster performance at the plate for the Eagles. Schoonover notched four hits and five RBI. Chris Schoonover added two hits, two runs and an RBI.
On the mound, Zeb Guinn (1-0) took care of Wayne. Guinn scattered six hits and allowed only two earned runs. Guinn also fanned five in his season debut.
M-U travels to Harmony on Thursday.
