BLOOMFIELD — The Davis County baseball team received solid pitching performances from Colton Hopwood and Justin Garman as the Mustangs took a pair of South Central Conference games from Eddyville-Blakesburg on Monday.
Davis County downed the Rockets 2-0 in the first game and took a 10-3 win in the nightcap.
“I just thought our kids played hard,” said Mustang coach Todd White. “I was real happy with the way Colton and Justin pitched. I hope we continue to get better.”
