IHCC to hold Winter Baseball Camp

---- — CENTERVILLE — The Indian Hills baseball coaching staff has announced the dates for the winter instructional camps they will be hosting in December.

The two-day camp will be held Friday and Saturday in the Multipurpose Building on the IHCC Centerville campus.

Head coach Cam Walker, assistants Brandon Crisp, Brett Monaghan and Bartt Carney, and current Indian Hills players will provide individual instruction in pitching, catching and hitting.

The camp will be broken into two sessions.

On Friday, the emphasis will be on pitching and catching.

Players from 8-12 years old will attend from 9 a.m. to noon; those ages 13 and older will go from 1-4 p.m.

Hitting will be the focus the next day, Saturday, with the age groups and times the same as the day before.

The fee to attend the camp is $50 per session or $95 for both days. Campers will get a t-shirt in addition to the individualized instruction.
