OTTUMWA — WARRIOR PREVIEW: 10TH-RANKED INDIAN HILLS BASKETBALL VS. KIRKWOOD

Time and Place: 7 p.m tonight at Johnson Hall Gym in Cedar Rapids.

Records: 10th-ranked Indian Hills is 8-1 overall. Kirkwood is 6-4.

Rematch: IHCC took a tight 94-89 win over Kirkwood during the Indian Hills Classic on Nov. 3. Indian Hills led by as many as 18 points ahead of a furious Kirkwood rally that saw them take the lead at 66-64. The score was just 90-89 in favor of IHCC in the final seconds before Gary Williams, Jr. iced the game from the free throw line for the Warriors.

Leaders: In the first contest, Ronald Ross led Indian Hills with 17 points with Williams adding 16. Najeal Young led Kirkwood with 26 points, while Kasey Semler had 23 points.

Back In Stride: The Eagles lost their next two games after the loss to the Warriors, but have won five of six games since Nov. 13.
