OTTUMWA — The Indian Hills softball team will begin conference play in a doubleheader at Muscatine on Thursday afternoon. The first game will start at 4:30 p.m. The games were originally scheduled to be played on Tuesday, but were moved back because of the weather.  The Warriors (5-13) have been idle since sweeping a doubleheader from North Central Missouri on March 19.

This weekend, Indian Hills will host the Reed Overhead Doors Classic at Hellyer Field on the Ottumwa campus. Ellsworth, Central-Columbus (Neb.), and two Missouri schools – Crowder and Jefferson – will join the Warriors in the two-day tournament on Friday and Saturday. Action starts at 10 a.m. Friday when the host Warriors take on Central-Columbus.
