Van Buren girls finish ninth at SEISC golf tourney

FORT MADISON — The Van Buren girls golf team posted a ninth-place finish in the Southeast Iowa Superconference Meet on Monday at Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course in Fort Madison. The Warriors finished the conference tournament with a team score of 472, led by Lydia Heald's individual round of 111.

Van Buren will open postseason action on Monday in the Class 2A First Round Regional Tournament at Cedarcrest Country Club in Columbus.
